David Harry Bleaney, a 46-year-old man from Charleston, West Virginia, disappeared in the summer of 1975. His last known address was on Scraggs Drive in Charleston. Bleaney was a dependable person with a stable job and a loving family, and his sudden disappearance was out of character, causing concern among his loved ones and the community.
