Kevin Flythe, a 52-year-old man with significant health challenges, was reported missing on January 27, 2022, after being released from a federal correctional institution in Glenville, West Virginia. Mr. Flythe, a stroke victim, had considerable difficulty with speech and weakness in both of his arms. At the time of his disappearance, he was described as a Black male, standing 5'7" and weighing between 190 and 200 pounds, with brown hair and brown eyes.
