Kevin Flythe, a 52-year-old man with significant health challenges, was reported missing on January 27, 2022, after being released from a federal correctional institution in Glenville, West Virginia. Mr. Flythe, a stroke victim, had considerable difficulty with speech and weakness in both of his arms.
