Bobby Eugene Adams, a 31-year-old cab driver, was last seen on the night of November 30, 1991, in Charleston, West Virginia. He was working the graveyard shift for C&H Cab and was last in contact with dispatch at 11:45 p.m. His cab was later seen around 3:45 a.m. on Washington Street, with Adams accompanied by a Caucasian man in his 40s, who remains unidentified.
