Lauralyn Palmer, 71 years old, was last seen on April 20, 2018, in Fall River Mills, California. She had gone out for a walk with her stepdaughter’s dog, Lucy, near her home on Cassel Fall River Road. Lauralyn was expected to return within 15 minutes, but when she did not, her husband began searching for her and notified the authorities after two hours.
