Andrew 'Andy' James Kenney, a 52-year-old man from Clayton, New Jersey, was last seen by a neighbor on Saturday, October 27, 2018. His absence was officially reported two days later, on Monday, October 29, 2018, when county mental health workers visited his residence on 8th Avenue and found the front door wide open with no sign of Andrew.
