Charles Strohm

Missing

Charles Strohm, 47, was last seen on December 17, 1999, in Gloucester, New Jersey. He was reported missing from the 300 block of Warren Street and has not been heard from since. Strohm, who was mentally disabled and had previously threatened suicide, disappeared under circumstances that led authorities to believe he might have been traveling to Texas, although this was never confirmed.
