Mark Elliot Loesch, age 37, was last seen on October 31, 2018, after leaving the Jackson Manor group home in Atco, New Jersey. Loesch, who was blind and had schizoaffective disorder, had recently been discharged from Ancora Psychiatric Hospital and had moved into the group home just days before his disappearance.
