Bu Quach, a 65-year-old man, was last seen on November 2, 2018, after leaving the Manahawkin Nursing & Rehabilitation Center in Manahawkin, New Jersey. Suffering from dementia, Parkinson’s Disease, diabetes, and PTSD, Quach had been living at the facility since February 2018.
