David Guenin Stern was 29 years old when he was last seen in Washington, D.C., on Tuesday, November 27, 2018. The Metropolitan Police Department reported that he was last seen at about 6:00 p.m. in the 3400 block of M Street NW, at Dixie Liquor Store in Georgetown, and that the incident was reported the next day, Wednesday, November 28, 2018.
