Allen Lonnie Regusters, 48, was last seen on March 17, 2000, in Washington, D.C. On that day, he went to the U.S. Postal Service on Brentwood Road, N.E., to pick up his paycheck. After leaving the facility, he vanished without a trace and has not been seen or heard from since.
