Horacio De La Cruz Barrera, a 33-year-old man from Beloit, Wisconsin, was last seen on December 3, 2018. At the time of his disappearance, Horacio was living with his aunt, who reported that he had been exhibiting paranoid behavior in the days leading up to his disappearance.
