Bilial Hammette, 18 years old at the time of his disappearance, was last seen in Beloit, Wisconsin, on August 6, 2011. Earlier that day, Bilial spent time running errands with his mother, after which they shared a heartfelt conversation outside their home. He mentioned plans to go fishing and tried to arrange for friends to join him. Later that afternoon, a black vehicle, whose make and model remain unknown, picked him up outside his home. This was the last time Bilial was seen. At the time of his disappearance, Bilial had turned his life around, having earned his GED and been accepted into the Madison Media Institute to pursue his passion for music. His family and friends have expressed deep concern, as it was highly uncharacteristic of him to vanish without informing them of his whereabouts.

The investigation has been challenging due to the lack of electronic footprints, as Bilial had no bank account or phone records to track. Over a decade later, his case remains unsolved, and law enforcement continues to search for leads that might uncover what happened to him.
