Cathy Ann DeCesare, a 28-year-old woman from Tampa, Florida, disappeared on July 16, 1985. She was last seen at her workplace, the Seven Seas Lounge, a local establishment known for its seedy environment. DeCesare was reportedly working there as a dancer at the time of her disappearance. After leaving the lounge that night, she was never seen or heard from again. There are accounts that she may have been seen getting into a cab after her shift, but this has not been definitively confirmed.
