Jesse Leroy Kincannon, a 75-year-old man from Griggs, Oklahoma, disappeared on July 24, 1990. On that day, Jesse told his wife he was going for a walk near their rural home and never returned. Described as 6'1", weighing around 160 pounds, and wearing a light blue shirt, khaki pants, and an orange cap, he had no money or identification with him at the time of his disappearance.
