Heather Samantha Rowe, born Douglas Scott Rowe on November 30, 1972, was a transgender woman originally from Columbus, Georgia. At the time she disappeared, she was 23 years old and living under the name Heather Rowe. Her physical description: approximately 5′ 11″ in height, about 157 lb, with long blonde hair, green or hazel eyes, and a small tattoo below the navel on her lower abdomen.
