Norma "Cheryl" Cornelius was a 24-year-old woman who vanished from New Orleans, Louisiana. The exact date of her disappearance is uncertain, though it is often cited as September 25, 2008. She was last seen at a business on the famous Bourbon Street in the French Quarter. Following this last sighting, Norma has not been seen or heard from again, leaving behind a case with very few details for investigators to follow. At the time she went missing, she was a mother to young children. Norma is a white female with blonde hair and blue eyes. She stood between 5'0" and 5'5" tall and weighed between 100 and 120 pounds. She had several distinctive tattoos, including the name "Sterling" on the left side of her neck, roses on her left forearm, and a cross on one of her left fingers. Her ears were also pierced. It has been noted that she had "track marks" on the inside of her elbows and on her ankles. Norma was known to use several aliases, including the last names Graham, Snow, Anderson, or Dawson, and the first name Michelle. The circumstances surrounding Norma's disappearance remain unclear. While she was last seen at her place of business on Bourbon Street, what transpired after that is unknown. Interestingly, the investigation into her case involves both the New Orleans Police Department and the Fond du Lac County Sheriff's Office in Wisconsin, suggesting a possible connection to that state. On a social media profile, she had listed her location as "King, WI," which is near Fond du Lac. Despite the years that have passed, her case remains open, and there is an ongoing effort to uncover what happened to her. The lack of concrete leads and information has made this a challenging case for law enforcement.
