Robert Grey Pinkerton, 34, was last seen on September 26, 1997, in Isla Vista, California. He had been living a transient lifestyle at the time of his disappearance. Pinkerton was described as 6 feet tall, weighing about 175 pounds, with brown, shoulder-length hair and a full beard with graying around the chin.
