Thomas James Houghland, a 5-year-old boy, went missing on July 11, 1978, in Sacramento, California. He was last seen with his mother, Norma Louise Houghland, and his older brother, Richard. The family left a relative's house around 8:00 PM that evening, reportedly heading home.
