Jacob Lee Heckart, a 35-year-old man, was last seen on July 4, 2007, in Nipomo, California. He left home driving his 1988 Mercedes sedan and has not been heard from since. At the time of his disappearance, he was wearing a brown military fatigue shirt, blue jeans, and combat boots.
