Rafael Chavez Gonzalez, a 65-year-old man, was last seen on October 23, 2013, in the Nipomo Mesa area of San Luis Obispo, California. At the time of his disappearance, Gonzalez was a transient who frequently moved between the Oceano and Nipomo areas.
