Louis Charles Burroughs, known as L.C., was last seen on September 26, 2013, in Millen, Georgia. He owned and operated LC Burroughs Junkyard in Jenkins County. On the morning of September 27, 2013, Burroughs was on the phone with someone when the person overheard him arguing with another individual about stolen car parts.
