In the winter of 2002, a family was forever changed by the unsettling disappearance of Carlos Keith Parker. At 31 years old, Carlos was a man with distinguishing features that made him easily recognizable: a tall man at six feet, with a sturdy build, brown eyes, and a bald or shaven head.
