Rick Joe Simmons, a 34-year-old man, was last seen on April 29, 2002, in Atlanta, Georgia. His disappearance was reported by his family on May 15, 2002. At the time he went missing, Simmons was described as a white male with brown hair and brown eyes. He stood approximately 5 feet 6 inches tall and weighed around 110 pounds. Notably, he had a cleft lip on the left side and tattoos, including a bucking horse on his right forearm and a horseshoe on his upper right arm.
