Jacquelyn "Daisy Lynn" Landry, an 18-year-old from Lafayette, Louisiana, was last seen on May 23, 2017. She was supposed to visit a friend's house but never arrived. Her phone was turned off shortly after she disappeared, which was highly unusual for her. Following her disappearance, Malik Davis, who had a prior criminal record, was arrested and initially charged with second-degree murder.
