Wesley Keith Billingsly, a 24-year-old San Diego State University alumnus, was last seen on June 12, 2018, in the Pacific Beach area of San Diego. He had been living between friends’ homes after losing his job and was supposed to meet up with friends on the evening of June 12, but he never arrived. Wesley’s phone was turned off that night, and he has not been heard from since.
