Kylie Christine Hartman, 21, disappeared from Shreveport, Louisiana, on September 10, 2018. She was last seen leaving the Break n' Run bar on Mansfield Road with her ex-boyfriend. Hartman, who has distinctive tattoos of dice on her left forearm and Roman numerals on her right forearm, has not been heard from since. She had a close relationship with her family, and it was highly unusual for her to be out of contact for an extended period.
