Frank Blackwater, a 57-year-old Native American man, was last seen on January 17, 2019, in Lincoln, Nebraska. At the time, he was a known transient in the area and had been seen at the Matt Talbot Kitchen & Outreach Center, where he was receiving supplies. His disappearance is particularly concerning to his family, as it was highly unusual for him to lose contact with them for an extended period.
