The subject approximately 50 years of age apparently had no fixed address. According to information received from San Francisco Police Officer Alvarez #19, on 2/21/05 at about 1955 hours, a friend of the subject's went by to see the subject as he has not seen him since 11/04. The area in which the subject was staying in an inspection crawl space inside a freeway overpass located at the N/B 280 connector to S/B 101.
