Homeowner in Estacada, Oregon was spraying pesticide on a section of his private land/ Christmas tree farm at approximately 1403 hours on 3-24-05. Homeowner came upon remnants of a jacket and a pair of pants, and subsequently human skeletal remains. Decedent was wearing five-pocket style button-and-zip denim jeans; leather belt; dark blue coat with ribbing at the waist and a faux fur-trimmed lapel collar.
Leather belt with etched design (see photos). 911 was called.
