Any updates on this case?
On 8/5/22 at approximately 200 hours, the Yuma County Sheriff's Office contacted the Medical Examiner's Office in reference to skeletal remains located in the desert area west of the Gila Mountains southeast of Yuma, Arizona. The remains consisted of a femur, mandible, a skull and vertebrae. The remains were recovered and transported to the Medical Examiner's Office where a femur sample was retained pending possible DNA analysis.
