Any updates on this case?
On 6/11/23 the Yuma County Sheriff's Office notified the Medical Examiner's Office of skeletal remains located in the desert area south of the Fortuna Foothills, west of Fortuna Mine. The remains were initially located by Range Wardens working to find invasive plant species in the area. Deputies responded and the remains were located. The remains consisted of a skull and mandible.
