The decedent was found in a field by EMS. He had been seen a short time earlier in the same vicinity. It appears he may have been homeless. He had the name Ernesto Torres on a food pantry card, but it is unknown if that is his name/dob. All leads for that name/DOB so far have been closed-prints, photos, etc. Reportedly, he may have been from Tampico Mexico.
