David Joseph Galvan, a 16-year-old from Manor, Texas, went missing on December 10, 1989. At the time of his disappearance, he was last seen wearing a turquoise t-shirt with a horse on the front, a blue flannel checkered jacket, blue jeans, and brown boots. David had a distinct scar under his right eye and a pierced left earlobe with a gold stud earring. He was known to frequent the East Austin area.
