Richard Ramos, a 30-year-old man from San Antonio, Texas, was last seen on March 15, 2000. Known by the nicknames Rick and Ricky, Ramos was described as 5'9", weighing around 170 pounds, with black hair and brown eyes. He had several distinguishing features, including tattoos of "Ramos" across his back and the name "Liz" on his right chest.
