Incomplete skeletal remains were discovered by three engineers who were surveying a sloped wooded property in a commercial/industrial area. The remains were found to be contained within a long sleeve shirt and pants. A Lloyd Nolan Hospital Ident-A-Band bracelet manufactured by Hollister, Inc. was found with the remains.
