Anderson Joe Wheeler, a 51-year-old man from Montgomery, Alabama, was last seen on January 1, 1990. Wheeler, an African-American male, stood 5'8" tall and weighed approximately 165 pounds. He had gray or partially gray hair and brown eyes. He was known to have a limp due to an injury in one of his legs, which could be noticeable at times.
