On a Monday evening in March 2022, the life of Eric Jose Carlos, a 35-year-old White / Caucasian male, was tragically cut short. On March 21st, police in New Bedford, Massachusetts, received a 911 call around 6:06 p.m. reporting a man had been shot at a residence on Hillman Street.
