In the early hours of Saturday, August 17, 2024, a dispute in New Bedford, Massachusetts, turned fatal, claiming the life of 26-year-old Nicholas Miller of Bridgewater. Shortly before 1 a.m., New Bedford Police received 911 calls reporting a fight between males and the sound of a gunshot in the vicinity of 36 Acushnet Avenue.
