On 11/04/15, the unidentified skeletonized remains of a Hispanic male between the age of 20-30 years old were found in a storm drain near the Otay Mesa Port of Entry in San Diego. 9-1-1 was called and responding San Diego Police officers confirmed death. Date Found: 2015-11-04
