The decedent was an unidentified male who was living an apparent transient lifestyle in San Diego. On the morning of 06/29/2020, a fellow transient walked to the decedent's tent to check on him as she had not seen him in approximately two months. Upon arrival, he found the decedent in the tent in an advanced stage of decomposition.
