Passenger (hitchhiker), designated "John Doe #09-74," in a van/truck that rear-ended a parked semi-tractor trailer and burned. He appeared to be about 20, and told fellow travelers his first name was "Terence" (or "Terrance"), but went by the nickname "Lee".
