On 9/26/1976 @ 2330 hours the decedent was riding his bike on Valley Blvd near 6th St. in the city of Industry, CA When he was struck by a vehicle. The vehicle then fled the scene. Decedent transported to a local hospital where he was pronounced dead @ 0025 hours on 09/27/1976
