Brent Darel Sievers, age 27, was last seen on October 15, 1971, in Los Angeles, California. Sievers, also known by his birth name Darel Brent Sievers, had been traveling abroad in Europe and Africa prior to his disappearance. The last known contact with his family came from a letter he wrote while in the Cape Verde Islands.
