Mostly skeletonized body found in the driver’s seat of a vehicle found at a residential address in Fort Pierce on 07/09/2021. The vehicle was parked in the driveway. The vehicle belonged to the homeowner who stated the vehicle has not moved in over a year, as the battery was dead.
