Fisherman was fishing and found a blue canvass backpack floating in the L-20 Canal. The backpack contained skeletal remains approx. 7 months to 8 months in utero. The backpack also contained a bed sheet, gum wrapper, towel, baby wipes and a small pair of panties, which were oversized for the remains. After examination by the University of Florida CA Pound Lab. the remains were determined to be that of a full-term neonate.
