A worker was laying some pipe for a sprinkler system when he noticed a foul odor coming from some bushes. He went to investigate further and found the decomposed decedent. The resident of the property stated that they had noticed the odor for approx 10 days prior to the decedent being discovered. Date Found: 1983-05-28
