Any updates on this case?
A person on the Golden Gate Ferry called and reported seeing someone on the side of Pier One. The subject was found laying on the side of the pier with one leg hanging over the side. Investigators believe that the subject was either washed up onto the pier by a wave, or was found and then left on the pier by someone, possibly a fisherman, who did not wish to get involved.
