On 07/22/1990 @ 0525 hours the decedent was a passenger in a vehicle that was travelling at a high rate of speed, the driver lost control and the vehicle struck a powerpole. The decedent was not using a seat belt and was thrown into the dashboard and windshield. Date Found: 1990-07-22
