The decedent, a pedestrian (with bicycle, walking with it), was taken to Prince George's General Hospital (now called Prince George's Hospital Center) after he was struck by an Isuzu Truck on Monday, June 10, 1991, at 3:15 P.M. This pedestrian was collecting metal cans off the side of a major roadway when he was struck. He was apparently a nail biter (fingernails) and his fingers were dirty and greasy (suggesting dirty environment or working with motors).
