Unknown white female found in plastic bags and bound with wire, in front of 123-11 Rockaway beach Blvd. The decedent had been placed with the garbage, and sanitation workers noticed the bag and called 911. (Tentative name: Cathy McCarthy. Chest x-ray comparison and DNA were both inconclusive - the case remains unidentified.)
